At Reborn Maternity, every item is chosen with care to make your experience with your reborn baby magical and unforgettable. We believe children are not returned, so we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase.

We understand the emotional value involved in this universe and treat every shipment with the care it deserves. However, if your order arrives defective, incorrect, or with manufacturing issues, we are here to assist you with full attention and resolve the situation in the best possible way.

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it via email at info@rebornmaternity.com, providing:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We commit to reviewing each case individually and offering a fair solution, whether by reshipment, partial refund, or other compensation. If a product defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued within 7 business days after approval.

❗ Important:

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted
Customized products are non-refundable except in case of defect
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase

🔒 Chargeback and Dispute Policy

At Reborn Maternity, we are committed to transparency and fairness with all our customers. By placing an order in our store, you agree to our terms, including our shipping, return, and refund policies.

❗ Unauthorized Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

Any fraudulent chargeback attempt will be disputed with evidence of delivery, customer communication, and tracking information.
We reserve the right to ban future purchases from customers who abuse the chargeback system.

⚠️ Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Products that are made-to-order or personalized (such as custom reborn dolls or accessories) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started, unless a serious defect is proven.

⏳ Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days of processing before shipment, except for items marked as made-to-order, which may take longer.
Shipping times apply after processing is complete.
